Just one question,why has this awesome media player have such a cheesy logo? What is that meant to be anyway,duck or a penguin?

Im a new user of the GeeXboX, all my media files play fine,the only problem i have is the audio.I have the vol setting up to max & my tv vol to max! but still the sound is very low.

Anyway to rectify this problem?
